Paggamit ng bodycams sa pag-isyu ng court warrants, kinokonsidera

Kinokonsidera ng Korte Suprema ang paggamit ng body camera ng mga law enforcers na magpapatupad ng mga mandamyentong ipalalabas ng mga trial court.

Pero ayon sa korte, magpapalabas pa sila ng resolusyon na maglalaman ng actual guidelines kaugnay ng paggamit ng body camera sa pagsisilbi ng mga mandamyento. Posible umano na konsultahin din ng korte ang law enforcement kabilang na ang Pambansang Pulisya.

Ang pagkonsidera ng Korte Suprema sa mungkahing paggamit ng body camera ay kasunod na rin ng madugong operasyon kamakailan sa Calabarzon kung saan siyam na aktibista ang napatay sa pagsisilbi ng search warrant. – Kenneth Paciente
