Palace names new PBBM appointees to PAO, DENR, DPWH, DOF

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has appointed several officials in various agencies and offices, Malacañang announced Wednesday.

According to a list of new Presidential appointees, Marcos appointed Michael Villafranca as Assistant Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).

Vanessa Villanueva was also appointed Director VI of the DPWH.

Meanwhile, Premier Dee Ewigkeit Castro and Mariam Mautante were appointed Republic Attorneys (Public Attorney V) under the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO).

The President also named Juan Corpuz Jr. as acting member of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) under the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), and Catherine Lopez as Director II of the Department of Finance (DOF).
