Kumpiyansa ang MalacaƱang na mas matitimbang ng mga mahistrado ng Korte Suprema ang benepisyong makukuha ng mga Pilipino, lalo na sa hanay ng mga manggagawa kaugnay ng TRAIN law.

Ito ang inihayag ni Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Martin Andanar sa harap ng ikinakasang petisyon ng Makabayan Bloc upang kuwestyunin ang tax reform sa Supreme Court.

Walang problema ayon kay Andanar kung idulog man ng opposition congressmen ang Tax Reform law gayung bahagi aniya ito ng proseso ng demokrasya.

Pero naniniwala si Andanar na mananaig sa Kataas- taasang Hukuman ang pakinabang na makukuha mula sa TRAIN na kung saan, simula ngayong unang payday ng Enero ang mga sumusuweldo ng 25 thousand pesos kada buwan ay makakapag-uwi ng dagdag na take home na aabot sa 3,200 plus.
