I congratulate all of our police force here,” the officer in charge of the Calasiao Police Office, Supt. Franklin Ortiz, said in an interview.

Ortiz said the award could boost the morale of the policemen and policewomen of the station.

“This recognition will surely lift the spirits of the police as we work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment of fighting criminality and wiping out illegal drugs in the municipality while at the same time creating harmonious and effective police community partnership in the maintenance of peace and order and public safety,” he added.

Ortiz, together with Calasiao town mayor Joseph Arman Bauzon, received PHP400,000 from the Public Safety Savings and Loan Association Inc. and a trophy on February 11.
