Doubling down on the government’s efforts to bolster the country’s agricultural sector, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. visited the newly constructed Rice Processing System (RPS) and led the distribution of various implements to farmers and fisherfolk in Hamtic, Antique on Monday.
