Hello, students! Need some ideas for your thesis topic proposal?
In a recent post on their official Facebook page, the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) suggested that students use the resources at their online library to search for research topics.
“Get inspiration from our Agri-Aqua and Natural Resources (AANR) knowledge portal and score that Best Thesis Award! 💪” PCAARRD wrote. “We are rooting for you! 👍”
The resources to be found at the PCAARRD eLibrary are organized into 33 topic sections, among them agri-aqua systems, agriculture, biology, communications, ecology, fisheries, forestry, genetics, health and wellness, poultry, swine/pork, and vegetable crops.
The agency advised researchers that the full-text of the materials found on the website are available upon request.
“Theses/dissertations and technical reports are limited to table of contents and abstracts due to copyright and intellectual property rights issues. Full-texts are available upon author permission.”

PCAARRD is one of the sectoral councils of the Philippines’ Department of Science and Technology. PCAARRD was established on June 22, 2011 through the consolidation of the Philippine Council for Agriculture, Forestry and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCARRD) and the Philippine Council for Aquatic and Marine Research and Development (PCAMRD).
