The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) receives its new portable X-ray detectors and a 15-meter patrol boat from the Japanese state. The equipment will beef up the anti-terrorism and disaster-relief operations of the coast watch. The vessel is already the third fast boat received from Japan.
