PCG rescues 15 crewmates of capsized vessel in Palawan

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued 15 crewmates of a cargo vessel capsized in Araceli, Palawan.

PCG Station-Puerto Princesa Commander Severino Destura stated that 17 crewmates were aboard the cargo vessel Lady Athena when it upturned on Wednesday. The vessel was bound to Puerto Princesa.

The PCG’s search continues for its captain and chief engineer.
