PCOO ASec. Rafael clarifies statement on federalism info campaign budget

Communications Assistant Secretary Anna Marie Rafael clarified how she has been misquoted by a media organization. This came about when asked on the funding of government’s federalism information campaign and she bared that this was not included in the proposed PhP1.679 billion-budget of the Presidental Communications Operations Office. Rafael then made it clear that there is an existing Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) on Federalism and Constitutional Reform leading the federalism information campaign, with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) as lead agency.
