PDEA on the indirect contempt decision of the Regional Trial Court of Negros Oriental, 7th Judicial Region Branch 34

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) respects the court’s decision regarding the guilty verdict of Indirect Contempt against five agents.

The verdict was issued by Honorable Judge Amelia Lourdes U. Mendoza of the 7thJudicial Region, Branch 34, Regional Trial Court, Negros Oriental.

PDEA, as the lead agency in the national anti-drug campaign of the government, is bound to abide, obey and follow all decisions of the courts.

PDEA assures the public of its dedicated, determined, and committed public service in its vision of a drug-resistant and self-policing communities in the future.
