PH tops global vlog viewership report

The 2023 Global Digital Report by Meltwater and We Are Social showed that the Philippines ranks first in weekly vlog viewers.

A total of 55.6% of Filipino internet users aged 16 to 64 in the country watch vlogs weekly.

The Philippines was followed by Indonesia (33.3%), Taiwan (33.2%), and Brazil (33%).

The Philippines also outperformed other countries in terms of using online videos as a source of learning (64.0%) among internet users aged 16 to 24, as well as having the most time spent on mobile internet (five hours and 31 minutes per day) among people in the same age group.

The data also showed that the Philippines also has the most internet users aged 16 to 24 streaming TV content each month (97.9%) and the most video game players (95.8%) using different devices.
