The Philippines commemorated the 124th National Flag Day on Saturday, May 28, in Imus, Cavite, the country’s flag capital.
The flag raising ceremony was spearheaded by the National Historical Commission and the local government of Imus, Cavite.
Celebrated every May 28, the National Flag Day commemorates the first use of the Philippine flag after the victory in the Battle of Alapaan in 1898.
