PNP: 5th SONA is peaceful and orderly

Philippine National Police (PNP) National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Police Major General Debold Sinas was elated over the compliance of militant groups to stage a protest within the premises of the University of the Philippines (UP) Campus.
