PNP releases composite sketch of suspected killer of NCMH Director

The Philippine National Police (PNP) has released the composite sketch of one of the suspects in the killing of National Center for Mental Health Director Roland Cortez.

According to Quezon City Police District Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit Chief Police Major Elmer Monsalve, the sketch is a great development in the case and the identity of the suspect. The subject is the spotter who monitored the victim several times.

The investigation is currently ongoing to identify the gunman in the crime.
