Pride March set June 24

Metro Manila’s Pride March is set on June 24, according to its organizer.

“Tara na, muling magsama-sama, makinig sa isa’t isa, at simulan ang diskusyon para sa ating taunang Metro Manila Pride March and Festival!” non-profit organization Metro Manila Pride Organization wrote on Instagram.

The Pride March, usually volunteer-managed, non-partisan, and non-profit event aimed at empowering and celebrating the Filipino lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT).

Each year every June, the LGBT community continues to celebrate this event.

In 2022, Pride March returned across the country after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. -ag
