PRRD appoints new CA Presiding Justice

President Rodrigo R. Duterte appointed Justice Remedios Salazar-Fernando as the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals.

Fernando has initially been an Acting Presiding Justice of the CA following the retirement of former Presiding Justice Romeo Barza in August 2019.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque confirmed Fernando’s appointment after her oath taking with Supreme Court Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta. – PTV News
