President Rodrigo Duterte has offered PhP 2 million reward for anyone who can tip-off about the location of top commanders of the New People’s Army (NPA).
The President has been incensed by the leftist group’s continuous attacks that affect the government’s distribution of aid amid the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) crisis in the country.
