President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has ordered the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) to cover the RT-PCR test, isolation and hospitalization of mild and critical COVID-19 cases in its health insurance Tuesday.
According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, aside from the usual assistance provided to COVID-19 patients, the said procedures must also be covered by the government health insurance.
