President Rodrigo Roa Duterte laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldiers in Moscow, a war memorial in the Kremlin dedicated to the Soviet soldiers who fell during World War Two. The President was also given a walking tour of the fortified complex, which now serves as the residence of the Russian President.
