Within the next week, the implementing rules and regulations of Republic Act 11037 or the “Masustansyang Pagkain Para sa Batang Pilipino Act” will be signed, enacting feeding programs for public school students from kindergarten to elementary level. The signing of this R.A. is said to put an end to malnutrition in the country.
