Scattered rains, cloudy skies to prevail over PH

MANILA — Cloudy skies with scattered rains will prevail over the country from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon, according to the state-run Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

In its 4 p.m. weather bulletin effective for 24 hours, PAGASA said Batanes and the Babuyan group of islands will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by local thunderstorms.

Moderate to rough coastal waters will also prevail over Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon due to moderate to strong winds.

The rest of the country, on the other hand, will experience slight to moderate coastal waters due to light to moderate winds. (Juzel Danganan/PNA)
