MANILA — Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will continue to prevail over Visayas, Mindanao, as well as the regions of Bicol and Mimaropa on Thursday.

In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) would affect southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow over the entire archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
