Scattered rains expected in Mindoro, Palawan due to southwest monsoon

In its 4 a.m. forecast, PAGASA said Mindoro and northern Palawan would have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be cloudy with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 26-32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 26-34 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-34 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao 24-33 degrees Celsius. (Lily Ramos/PNA)
