Sen. Bong Revilla tests positive for COVID-19

Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. has confirmed in his Facebook page that he tested positive for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

He has assured in his post that the public has nothing to worry since he is in stable condition. He also stated that his wife, Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado, has tested negative for the virus.

The Senator underwent testing after a housekeeper and a staff have tested positive. Sen. Revilla is the 4th senator to test positive for COVID-19. – PTV News
