Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa clarified that the order of President Rodrigo R. Duterte to kill communist rebels is just “hyperbolic” following the alleged killing of 9 activists in CALABARZON by the police.
According to Sen. Dela Rosa, President Duterte is a lawyer, a former fiscal and prosecutor. Therefore, he would not give illegal orders. The Chief Executive talks the way he does only to emphasize his goals. Those who do not know him may misinterpret his words. -PTV News
