Sen. Bong Go revealed that eight inmates of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) allegedly use the Penitentiary hospital for illegal drugs trade. Further discussions shall ensue on Thursday at the Senate concerning the alleged “hospital pass for sale” worth Php 200,000 to PhP 2 milion which reportedly makes shady deals happen within prison walls.
