The Senate of the Philippines will examine and revise the House of Representatives’s version of the 2020 national budget in order to embody the institutional amendments envisioned by respective senators. Among said amendments are the augmented funds for indigenous peoples and the possible inclusion of the Department of Disaster Resilience.
