Southwest monsoon, ITCZ to bring rains over some parts of PH

MANILA — Two weather systems would bring rain showers in some parts of the country Tuesday.

In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the intertropical affecting Mindanao would bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in the area.

Palawan would have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by southwest monsoon or habagat.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Temperature in Manila ranges from 27-35 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 16-26 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 26-34 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-34; and Metro Davao 25-34 degrees Celsius.
