Taguig’s 2nd most wanted nabbed in Laguna

MANILA — Operatives of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) on Tuesday arrested Taguig City’s second Most Wanted Person.

A tip to the Regional Special Operations Unit of the NCRPO prompted operatives to coordinate with Sta. Rosa City Police Station and conduct manhunt operations against Jay-ar Iquiran alias “Jepoy Jocson,” 24, of San Lorenzo South Subdivision, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

Jocson shot to death Marvie Repala on May 31, 2017.

The incident was witnessed by one Eric Ramos and was captured on a close circuit television (CCTV) of Barangay Tuktukan, Taguig City.

A warrant of arrest for murder against Iquiran was then issued by Presiding Judge Paz Cortes, RTC Branch 271, Taguig City.

Iquiran was also positively identified by Michelle Repala and Jonald Yumang, a sister and a cousin of the victim. (Benjamin Pulta/PNA)
