These secure, safe, and easy-to-use self-service channels will allow you to handle your Globe accounts without the need to go to our stores or talk to customer service representatives over the phone.

All these apps are hassle-free ways for you to view your accounts, with no time wasted being on hold over the phone so you can enjoy staying connected!

Lastly, to address the challenges of monthly billing deliveries, Globe has automatically shifted its customers to electronic billing. Customers will now be notified of their monthly bill via text and/or your registered email address. This ensures that subscribers will get their bill on time. Subscribers are encourange to update their contact and billing information also through the Globe apps mentioned above.
