Sedition case against Vice President Robredo et. al., submitted for resolution

Following the submission of the respondents’ counter-affidavits, the preliminary investigation on the sedition case against Vice President Leni Robredo et. al. has been set for resolution by the Department of Justice next week. The sedition case was filed by the Philippine National Police – Criminal Investigation and Detection Group for the alleged involvement of some members of the Opposition in the “Bikoy” or “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos meant to discredit the Duterte administration.
