Trough of LPA, northeast monsoon affecting PH Wednesday

MANILA—The trough of a low pressure area (LPA) would continue to bring scattered rain showers in Mindanao

Most parts of the country would experience light rains due to the northeast monsoon, the weather bureau said in its 4 a.m. forecast.

The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Bicol, eastern Visayas, Aurora and Quezon, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas would have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon.

Temperature in Metro Manila ranges from 25-31 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 20-27 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 13-24 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 25-30; and Metro Davao 24-30 degrees Celsius.
