“Tsuper Iskolar” program launched in Caraga

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has teamed up to launch “Tsuper Iskolar”, a scholarship program for operators and drivers of the Caraga Region to get them attuned to the government’s Public Utility Vehicle Modernization Program (PUVMP). The scholarship provides food and transportation allowances while undergoing skills training.
