TABUK, Kalinga — Two schools in Tanudan town in this province have been submerged in water after the nearby Tanudan River swelled due to heavy downpour brought about by Typhoon “Rosita” (international name Yutu).

At past 11 a.m. on Tuesday (Oct. 30), school buildings at the Dacalan Elementary School went under water, as the nearby river rose.
