US Pres. Trump’s FB, IG account temporarily suspended

American President Donald Trump’s Facebook and Instagram accounts have been temporarily suspended for 2 weeks.

The US President has allegedly used his social media accounts in stating his opinion on the past presidential elections which prompted his supporters to storm the US Capitol and caused casualties.

The US Congress top Democrats, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, called for the immediate impeachment of Trump. The current US President still has 12 days remaining in his term. President-elect Joe Biden will then be officially declared as President on January 20.
