House Bill No. 5400 seeking to prolong the validity of the 2019 national budget was proposed in the House of Representatives today, November 12, 2019. Meanwhile, the proposal to establish the Department of Water Resources and Services has survived the house committee level. Said water services arm is believed to address the water shortage currently endured in the Philippines.
