Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) head Mark Villar assured House solons at the budget hearing that reforms are being undertaken to reduce, if not totally eliminate corruption in the agency. Even distribution of projects was pushed to ensure that needed infrastructure will be done throughout the country especially in remote areas.
