Warm with isolated rains in most parts of PH Wednesday: PAGASA

MANILA—Some parts of the country will experience light rains Wednesday as the northeast monsoon affects northern Luzon, even as the country will generally experience warm weather, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 24-hour forecast, the state weather agency said Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, and the Cordillera region will have cloudy skies with light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorm.

Temperatures will peak at 35 degrees Celsius in Olongapo City and Clark, Pampanga, 34 degrees Celsius in Metro Manila, 32 degrees Celsius in Metro Cebu, and 33 degrees Celsius in Metro Davao, the state weather bureau added. (Lily O. Ramos/PNA)
