Former Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay Jr. was arrested Thursday afternoon for his alleged involvement in an anomalous loan from Banco Filipino Savings and Mortgages Bank. He is now under the custody of the Manila Police District facing violations of the country’s banking laws.
