Authorities seized 1 kilogram of shabu worth ₱6.9 million in Cebu City.
In a buy bust operation, a female suspect, Jeanneth Abayan, was arrested.
According to the police, Abayan’s supplier is Allain Badajos alias Balo, an inmate in the Cebu City Jail Male Dorm where Abayan’s husband is allegedly jailed.
The suspect admitted that she goes to the facility weekly to acquire 1 kilogram of shabu for her to sell.
