1,980 pass licensure exam for architects

A total of 1,980 out of 3,473 takers passed the January 2023 Licensure Examination for Architects, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday, Feb. 1.

Bhing-Bhing Panagsagan Ko from the University of Santo Tomas topped the board exam with a rating of 84.50%.

Polytechnic University of the Philippines emerged as the top-performing school with a 91.80% passing rate.

The exam was administered by the Board of Architecture, led by Chairperson Robert Sac, along with Arch. Robert Mirafuente and Arch. Corazon Fabia-Tandoc.

The licensure exam was held in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, IloIlo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pampanga, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga from Jan. 25 to 27. – gb
