3-M Filipinos now fully vaccinated vs. COVID-19

The Philippines has fully vaccinated 3,209,242 of the eligible population against COVID-19, according to Department of Health (DOH) data as of July 8.

Included in this figure are 1,165,125 health frontliners who belong in the A1 category, 14,365 outbound overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and family members of healthcare workers who are also under the A1 category, 861,560 senior citizens who belong to the A2 category, 1,039,710 persons with comorbidities under the A3 category, 103,990 economic frontliners in the A4 category, and 24,492 marginalized individuals under the A5 category.

The country has administered a total of 12 million vaccine doses as of July 5, and is currently at 12,703,081 as of July 8. It is equivalent to 4.4% of the target of 70 million individuals to be vaccinated before the end of the year.
