Five dogs in Barangay Guadalupe in Cebu City died after an alleged poisoning.

Angel Go’s dogs, Kobe, Batman, Brice, Kikay, and Daya–all aspins–died after food with poison mixture was given to the dogs.

“I just want justice for my dogs, I just wanna know who did this act,” Go said.

“You don’t know the consequences of what you did. If ever you were offended sa dogs ko, I ask for an apology, but it does not justify killing my dogs,” he added.

According to the village guard Archie Booc, he did not notice anyone putting poison on the dogs’ food.

Meanwhile, Cebu City Michael Rama ordered the Philippine National Police to probe the incident.

Alborta said PNP is still waiting for the CCTV footage of the subdivision to strengthen the investigation. GB/With a report from Jessee Atienza-ag
