6 Navotas cops allegedly involved in killing of teen charged

Six Navotas cops who were allegedly involved in the killing of 17-year-old Jemboy Baltazar have been charged with criminal and administrative cases.

Also facing charges are the ground commander and assistant commander of Navotas City Police Station Substation 4.

Baltazar was killed by cops on Aug. 2 after he was mistaken for a murder suspect.

He was aboard a boat on his way to fishing when he was shot and killed by cops in Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran. GB/Bien Manalo
