MANILA — Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over the Visayas and Mindanao, the weather bureau said on Saturday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that the northeast monsoon affecting extreme northern Luzon will bring isolated light rains over Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience fair weather, with low chances of rain, according to PAGASA weather specialist, Meno Mendoza.

Meanwhile, moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow over extreme northern Luzon with moderate to occasionally rough seas.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate, with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
