MANILA — Fair weather will prevail over Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao on Friday due to the easterlies.
In its 4 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated light rains caused by the northeast monsoon.
However, Metro Manila, the Bicol region, eastern and central Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.
Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will blow over extreme northern Luzon and will bring moderate to rough coastal waters.
Temperature in Metro Manila will range from 25 degrees to 32 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City, 22-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 16-26 degrees Celsius; Angeles City, 24-34 degrees Celsius; Lipa City, 22-33 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu, 25-31 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao, 24-33 degrees Celsius.
