Former BOC Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon on Monday filed ethics complaint vs Sen. Panfilo Lacson over his “Kita Kita” privilege speech.

Faeldon called Sen. Lacson a liar for accusing him of receiving P100M as ‘welcome gift’ from Customs brokers when he assumed office.

He also said he will file another ethics complaint against Sen. Sonny Trillanes next week.

Faeldon’s legal counsel said their ethics complaint is sufficient in form and substance.

For his part, Senator Panfilo Lacson said that filing an ethics against any senator is the right of anybody.

“Therefore, it is his right to waste bond paper and ink. Anyway, he has the money to pay his lawyers even if it’s tantamount to an excuse in futility and stupidity,” Lacson stated. | report from Sweeden Velado
