MANILA — Metro Manila and most parts of the country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms, the weather bureau said on Thursday.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) added that the frontal system affecting northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms, according to PAGASA.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole country with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
