Scattered rains over VisMin, Palawan Wednesday

MANILA — The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, the Visayas and Mindanao will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over these areas, the weather bureau said Wednesday.

In its latest weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, light to moderate winds will blow over the whole archipelago with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
