MANILA — Fair weather would prevail in most parts of the country on Monday even as the southwest monsoon or habagat is affecting extreme northern Luzon.

In its 4 a.m. forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers mostly in the afternoon or in the evening due to localized thunderstorms.

Flash flood or landslides is possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA said.

Metro Manila temperature ranges from 24-33 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City 24-36 degrees Celsius; Baguio City 17-25 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu 26-33 degrees Celsius and Metro Davao 26-32 degrees Celsius.
